Additionally, we offer project coordination services through our Europe, US and Middle east offices, along with the option for our clients to have extended team at our Indian office.

Overview:

PIT Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team and drive business growth across our target markets in India, Switzerland, and Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the digital agency space, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote our services while also effectively coordinating with our Swiss, German, and Indian teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential clients across diverse industries and make proper segmentation based on our previous experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing actions (blogs, white papers, campaigns, case studies) to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target European markets, starting with Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand our brand presence and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on sales and marketing performance to stake holders.
  • Provide recommendations to refine and improve the currently available services and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience in the sales and or marketing segment in IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the digital agency or software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of offshore software development services and project coordination processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Well versed at least one of the popular CRM tools like Hubspot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client meetings and industry events.
