Rafeek Mohammed heads the operations of PIT Solutions development center in India. Rafeek is the chief strategist and visionary who drives the development and expansion initiatives of PIT Solutions in the Asia region. He holds extensive experience in the finance and insurance sectors, in which major projects were executed successfully under his leadership.

Rafeek holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC. Prior to co-founding PIT Solutions, he has worked with major multinational companies in regions ranging from India, United States and Europe. His long-term vision is to develop innovative products that can complement PIT's offerings in the services sector. His technical competence coupled with people management skills is the right mix that has enabled PIT Solutions become a successful company in the making.

Thomaskutty Sebastian is based in Switzerland and is leading the business development activities of PIT Solutions. Thomaskutty has played the key role in generating new business and building the solid client-base that PIT Solutions has today. Thomaskutty has, during his early years led projects for the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India.

Thomaskutty holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an Executive MBA conducted by EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) and l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de l'Université de Lausanne (HEC). He has also undergone a certificate program in Business from the University of Texas, Austin. Further, he holds an Executive Masters in e-governance from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL).

Biju.T.P heads the finance and administration team at PIT Solutions since 2000. Biju is responsible for financial planning, budgeting as well as financial reporting of PIT Solutions. He engages in financial analysis in areas like forecasting, budgeting, cost reduction analysis and reviewing operational performance. He supports management team in a variety of operational decisions.

He ensures that financial practices in PIT Solutions are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations. Biju.T.P. is a Master’s degree holder in Finance and a Graduate in Law from the University of Kerala. He is having extensive experience in corporate finance over last 20 years in his career. Apart from PIT Solutions, Biju holds Directorship in three other companies functioning in India.

Ajith Alexander heads up day-to-day operations and business development at PIT Solutions, USA based in Bellevue, Washington. Ajith is a Microsoft veteran with close to a decade of experience building engineering teams that work closely with Fortune 500 companies to architect and deploy business critical identity, security and digital transformation projects in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. In addition to his work at PIT Solutions, USA, Ajith continues to consult with major corporations on strategies to ensure their digital user identity data remains safe and secure.

Ajith graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2008 with a Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering and currently lives in Seattle, Washington.

Jazna Rafeek, with 16 + years of experience in the software industry, manages and leads highly scalable projects with the help of participative and negotiative leadership skills. Her core strengths rely on different aspects like creativity, innovation management, openness to change and stress tolerance. An expert in team building, conflict management and strong interpersonal skills which helped in managing a project sized over 1000 man years.

Jazna who is based in India is working as Head of Delivery in PIT Solutions. She is also directly managing one of PIT Solutions’ flagship projects with a team size of over 160. She is a major player when it comes to liaison with clients. She substantially contributed to the first ISO certification process for PIT Solutions in 2013. Apart from this, she coordinates the CSR activities of PIT Solutions through the Helping Minds Foundation.

Shibu Padmavathy heads the SAP Commerce Practice at PIT Solutions Development center in India. In a career spanning 25 years, he has played a significant role in building and delivering IT Solutions to many Fortune 500 organizations across the world. Before associating with PIT Solutions, he has worked in multinational companies in Japan, Europe United States and India. He is a SAP ERP veteran with close to 18 years’ experience in various SAP implementation/integration projects. He has a wide spectrum of expertise in Digital Commerce, SAP ERP Implementation and Supply Chain Optimization Solutions.

Shibu has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Over the past 6 years in years in PIT Solutions, he primarily built the SAP Commerce Practice. His expertise was instrumental in successful execution multi-brand multi country commerce solutions.

Gabriele is the main link between Swiss clients and our Indian Team. He is responsible for project management and requirement engineering. He acquired his experience in a large Swiss agency and having graduated in communication and management, he supports PIT Solutions in business and marketing decisions.

Gabriele holds a bachelors degree in communication and a master degree in management from the university of Lugano. On his exchange semester, his focus lied on system studies and digital business. His interest for the web dates a long time back. Design, usability and information architecture are his strong suit.

Faustin de Souza heads Business Development & Talent Transformation for PIT Solutions North America. He has spent over a decade in the information technology industry as a consultant to the leadership & management team, strategic partner to business leaders, and a trusted advisor to managers and people.

In his earlier role at Mindtree, Faustin enabled business for North America through strategic and transformative programs. He has a growth mindset and harnesses the power of people by building diverse and inclusive teams locally. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Loyola College and a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Christ University.

With an IT consulting background and over 20 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies and Project Management, Pedro has a successful track record of setting up and managing software development teams in both near and off-shore models, and in delivering solutions to tackle complex business problems. Mr.Cordeiro worked with startups to very large companies. In his previous role, he was heading software development and delivery of Frontiers, a leading Open Access Publisher and Open Science Platform. He also worked with large IT technology companies like Cap Gemini, ESRI, Bull etc.

Pedro possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from ISTEC, Portugal and a Post-Graduation in Project Management. He is also a certified Scrum Master.

Hector Ocampo Heads Marketing & Strategy of PIT Solutions LATAM. He is based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Hector, with almost a decade of experience working with engineering team-building companies, has worked with companies of different industries like Fintech, Telehealth, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Sports, Technology Consulting, and Technology transformation, building strong relationships in North America, LATAM, and Europe. In addition to his work at PIT Solutions, Hector is a published app author on IOS and Andriod and consults US-based startups on marketing and go-to-market strategies.

Hector graduated from ITESM (Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey) at Guadalajara in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and publicity and had certifications in International Business Management and Project Management.

Enrique Perez is a Computer Scientist with fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, playing different roles within a software development team such as Developer, Tester, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner; giving him a variety of skills and perspectives when it comes to providing IT solutions. Enrique's experience working on small, mid, and large corporations, allows his clients to easily identify and solve common situations in the IT world. Plus, Enrique's habit of defining and creating flexible processes with the teams he has contact with, is something that led him to play D and C-level roles and foster the IT service mindset in different departments such as Recruitment, Finance, Sales, Marketing and HR; always making sure the engineers and clients come first.

Enrique Perez holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Autonomous University of Baja California in Mexico and different certifications related to how to enable agility at a team, department, and company level.

Fiona Hilpertshauser works closely with our clients and our team in India as UI/UX Designer. She completed her apprenticeship as a designer for advertising technology and has always continued her education in the graphic arts. Currently Fiona is studying web design and development in Zurich. She is very interested in designing and implementing web applications and web shops.

Kaj Maring is working with us as Project Manager and works closely with our clients and the project teams in India. He is a skilled electronic engineer and has several years of work experience in the areas of application development and testing.  He also have cross cultural work experience. In his previous job, he worked with teams from Slovakia and China. His passion has always been web and application development. That made him to do a career switch and join PIT Solutions.

Besides working at PIT Solutions, Kaj is currently studying software engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil.

Mary Tresa Scaria is responsible for Accounting & Finance at PIT Solutions, Switzerland. After her Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, she did her Chartered Accounting studies at ICAI.

In the past, she has worked for companies like Citi Private Bank, Burger King Headquarters, Switzerland. In Citi Bank, she was responsible for private banking clients whereas at Burger King she was responsible for consolidation of accounting from EMEA entities of Burger King.

Vanessa Celano works as Junior Web Project Manager at our Swiss office. At her last job, she was working as a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, she has managed several Website and Webshop projects for small-medium clients (SME) in Switzerland. Besides that she also possess experience in Search Engine Marketing ( SEM) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA). At PIT Solutions, she is responsible to manage digital projects for our clients.

She did a commercial apprenticeship at a Lawyer’s office and will soon finish her Bachelor's Degree in Business communication.

With an outstanding experience in managing multiple and diverse projects over 15 years, Ajesh excels in delivering effective collaboration between business and technology.

Ajesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

With an IT industry experience of more than 16 years, Amina has been pivotal to delivering quality enterprise solutions to meet challenging customer needs. Her experience spans across the manufacturing, healthcare, education, and publishing domains. Amina has an extensive understanding of Agile Project Management methodologies based around SCRUM, TDD and user acceptance testing. Her ability to complement her domain exposure with sound development and project management practices enables her to effectively solve customer problems.

Before joining PIT Solutions, she used to work with Wipro Technologies & RM Education in varying roles across the SDLC lifecycle. She is currently responsible for managing Microsoft .NET based projects at PIT Solutions and closely works with customers on a day-to-day basis.  Amina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.

Soumia is heading our ecommerce team specifically Magento. She has diverse experience in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Management. She has 15+ years of IT industry experience in areas of management, development, and implementation of web projects. She works with clients from Europe, understands the business side of technology, and transforms concepts to real solutions, keeping an eye on the business model. She organizes, tracks, controls the project activities while ensuring release deadlines are met with required quality standards. Risk analysis and mitigation are also her areas of interest. She has mentored and guided the team to successfully implement and publish all our Magneto extensions which are now available in Magento Marketplace.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Sumesh T K is a qualified Technocrat and a seasoned IT Professional, with more than 16 years of insightful experience, in executing projects across different geographies with an onsite presence. Sumesh is well versed with end-to-end project management, right from inception till implementation and production support, ensuring project delivery within assigned time, budget, and exceeding client expectations.

He has vast experience with end-to-end Test Management including, test strategy & planning, establishing Governance, test estimates, test processes, defect management, SLAs/metrics management and reporting for test levels viz. Manual, Automation, Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT and Rollouts. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.

Sudheesh Kumar is a seasoned ITES professional with 14 years of leadership experience. His career spans roles at Aptara, Allianz, and currently as Business Unit Head at PITS. At Aptara, Sudheesh guided teams in delivering advanced IT solutions and implementing innovative projects. His time at Allianz saw him managing complex IT projects and spearheading digital transformation efforts. In his current role at PITS, Sudheesh is responsible for crafting and executing business strategies, optimizing unit performance, and leading a team to deliver high-quality ITES solutions. Throughout his career, Sudheesh has demonstrated a commitment to leadership, a passion for technology, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. He excels in fast-paced environments, addressing complex challenges and managing cross-functional teams to achieve organizational success in the ever-evolving ITES industry.

Vinod Chandran leads IT Infrastructure and Security Operations, specializing in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, DevOps, and cybersecurity. With 16 years of experience and certifications including CEH, CISM, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, he excels in managing and securing IT environments.

Vinod's expertise spans IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. He collaborates with clients to translate technical concepts into practical solutions, providing 24/7 SOC and infrastructure support. His skills extend to project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

His areas of interest include red and blue team activities, risk assessment, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and business continuity planning. Vinod holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and has successfully mentored teams in implementing robust IT solutions, significantly contributing to organizational security postures.

Rainey is heading the Human Resource department of PIT Solutions. Started his career with PIT Solutions after his post-graduation in Business Administration from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2006.  He has total of 15 years industrial experience, and he played a key role in talent acquisition part and all other HR activities of PIT Solutions.  He helped our company to grow from double digits to hundreds of talents currently employed with PIT Solutions.

Currently he is leading activities like key hiring, appraisals, onboarding to name a few.

Started as a Software developer in 2007 after his Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Anto is a part of PIT Solutions for over 14 years. Leading the production support team in a major project for more than 6 years, he has exceptional skills in handling clients. He also has good experience in various performance monitoring tools like New Relic, SMT box, SentryOne etc.

Pradeep heads the DevOps team of .Net Technologies in PIT Solutions and is involved in collaborating with the Development team and Client of one of the major project having a team size of more than 150. He has hands-on experience in .Net technologies, Databases and DevOps activities and has a very good understanding about Agile methodology. His key strength lies in Coding and scripting for automating the deployments including CI/CD using Azure DevOps.

With more than 20 years of experience in software industry, he is an energetic and dependable professional whose tenacity and positive attitude make him a valuable asset to any team.

Azeef heads the TYPO3, web and mobile application development team. He has immense experience in handling the full development life cycle of software projects by working closely with clients in various web and mobile technologies. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication engineering, he started his career in PIT Solutions and has over 15 years of industry hands on experience. He has undergone onsite technical training from the market leaders of TYPO3 in the Netherlands. He was one of the first TYPO3 certified integrators from INDIA. He has attended TYPO3 conferences (T3CON) held in Europe and had presented papers. PIT Solutions have a solid TYPO3 team under him and we are one of the official TYPO3 Solution Partners from INDIA.

Hakkim heads our WordPress team at PIT Solutions. He has many years of experience in development, management, and implementation of web projects in WordPress. He works with clients from Europe, USA and Australia, gathers & understands the business requirements, organizes, tracks & monitors the project activities along with ensuring the timely delivery with required quality standards. He is the point of contact of our Swiss team with India for WordPress projects. He leads and manages projects from different domains like CMS, Ecommerce, Community platforms, Personal & Portfolio websites etc.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.

Jacob V Thomas works as Technical Project Manager managing Ruby on Rails Projects. He is a Certified Scrum Master with practical experience of successful Scrum based development team management. After completing his Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, he started his career as a Classic ASP Programmer and in his way forward he had managed projects in different technologies. Ruby on Rails is one of the core areas he focusses and manages our product VirtualX.

During his 15+ years of professional career, Jacob is with PIT Solutions for the last 12 Years leading and managing teams and projects in various domains and technologies like Ruby on Rails and PHP.

Melwin Paul has over 13+ years of experience in the IT industry and currently managing an account of 50+ members working on technologies like .NET and React Native. He has helped build a young team ground up for a challenging client engagement and has managed delivery as well as enabled steady growth of the account over the years. Prior to PIT Solutions, he has worked at IBM, JPMorganChase and Satyam Computer Services in various capacities.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University,Kerala and an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration, Bengaluru. He is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

With enormous experience in the field of web development and its management, Rajasree heads one of the most vibrant and dynamic team in the company and having remarkable ability to comprehend the client requirements and framing strong architecture based on it. She is experienced in handling all aspects of software development cycle and agile software development methodologies. Her core competence in identifying anomalies during development and finding swift solutions has resulted in timely delivery of products with assured quality.

As a scrum master, her approach and enthusiasm always keep team members highly motivated and in positive state of mind while workings. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications.

Thara is a software testing professional, practicing testing and leading test projects of various sizes. She has spent around a decade in the field of software testing. In her current role as a Test Manager, she is responsible for test management and prompt delivery of quality products. She is a certified ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL – TM) and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from California. She is currently focused on building a core automation team, in order to leverage the overall testing activities of the organization.

Tony is part of the Human resources team and is a Talent Acquisition and Advisory specialist. He is a Great Place to Work and AON certified HR professional and Certified Performance & Competency developer with hard-earned work exposure and experience spread across IT & BKFS in the capacity of recruitment and business HR partnership. He completed his Executive Education Program in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and is a proud product of T. A. Pai Management Institute specialized in HR and Marketing. He works closely with the Leadership and key Business stakeholders to proactively recommend ideas and strategies related to employer branding, employee welfare, talent management, and fulfillment that will contribute to the short- and long-term growth of the organization. He is a business success enabler, a process custodian, and a change catalyst for the organization.

Ravikumar is a Team lead who is handling complex web and mobile projects. His day to day tasks involves managing team at PIT Solutions and working closely with clients, understanding their wishes and implement it through his team.

After acquiring Post graduation in Computer Science, he started his career with PIT Solutions in 2011.

Now he has a total of 10 years of experience. He is responsible for project management, requirement gathering, and executing projects in coordination with QA and front end team. He is responsible for managing projects involving various technologies like PHP/Symfony, Python/Djano, React Native etc

Nidhin is responsible for the Business excellence and quality assurance of the organization. He ensures that the organization adhere to the defined quality standards and imparts best practices in the industry. He is with PIT Solutions for the last 12 years and has handled marketing, project management and quality assurance activities for the organization. Prior to that he was engaged in Logistics domain. He has Master's degrees in Business Administration and in Sociology. He is experienced in implementation of ISO 9001 & 27001 standards. Also, he functions as the Management representative and takes care of information security at PIT Solutions.

Aravind is working with PIT Solutions as Associate Project Manager in Microsoft team. He joined PIT Solutions as a Trainee and has over 13 years of experience in different stages of software development. He plays a pivotal role in mentoring and managing one of our key .NET team.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Nooh is our Mobile application developer. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He worked as a Microsoft student partner. Nooh has more than 3 years of experience in Native and Hybrid mobile app development. His area of interest is IoT and machine learning.

Sanoop is our Commerce practice lead living in Germany. He is part of PIT Solutions from 2014 onwards. He started his career as a Magnolia CMS Developer and now also working as a full-time Senior SAP Commerce Cloud & Spartacus Developer.

He is helping us with the business development in Germany and also leading the offshore development commerce team aiming both technical and business growth.

He shares the same goal with us to make sure our successful Commerce Practice achieves all its milestones.

Rizwin Azeez leads the UAE operations, providing software solutions and consulting on the latest innovative products across the Middle East. He also drives the company’s expansion into emerging markets in the region.

In his previous role as a Software Engineer with a UAE government organization, Rizwin played a key role in the digitalization of online donation portals. He is the inventor of several innovative products, including Naina Glass (smart glasses for blind people), IBLINK (Driver), Hello Kerala and Aadhar Gate (Covid alert gate). He is also the founder of the patent-pending convertible glass technology.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Toch Institute of Science and Technology.

Nandhu leads our Magento team. With over 7+ years of experience, he has worked with diverse clients ranging from start-ups to MNC's.

Nandhu has an extensive knowledge in Magento 1, Magento 2 and knockout JS. His main expertise is Magento 1 to Magento 2 migration. He leaves no stone unturned to ensure a high-quality code. Nandhu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication engineering.

Kader Beevi is working with PIT Solutions as Associate Project Manager in Microsoft team. She has got several years of experience in .NET based application development. She has joined as a Lead Software Engineer and has flawlessly delivered several projects for our international clients.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and has over 13 years of experience in software development with Microsoft Technologies.

With a dual background in law and business development has an expansive mindset and a passion for innovation. Immersed in the exciting realm of business development within the dynamic IT industry, she effortlessly weaves a global tapestry into her professional endeavors with fluency in Spanish, English, Portuguese, German and Italian.

Her expertise extends to coordinating intricate projects across borders, reveling in interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Muna holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidad Nacional de Asuncion in Paraguay, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Civil Law Contracts from Spain.

She currently resides in Seattle, USA

Dina Hans is taking care of Sales and Marketing at PIT Solutions GmbH, Germany. She brings a diverse background in marketing and administration from her previous roles at IONITY GmbH. During her tenure, Dina effectively managed marketing strategies, event logistics, and partner communications, using her expertise with analytical tools like Power BI, SAP S/4HANA and Jira to enhance project outcomes. Her administrative experience includes managing operational workflows and strategic supplier meetings, which have honed her organizational and project management skills. At PIT Solutions, Dina is helping in driving marketing & sales initiatives that align with the objectives of both clients and the company.

She is currently finalizing her Master’s in Business Administration, further enriching her expertise in the field.

Harshal is Independent Partner | Advisor at PIT Solutions & brings 25+ years of experience of Digital Marketing, Commerce & Retail Industry experience. He leads the strategic account acquisition,  expansion & relationship management of Digital Business Logos for PIT Solutions in North America as an. Harshal is also a stakeholder at Nihish LLC, a strategic partner to PIT Solutions in America.

Harshal has worked in several large top tier IT firms in roles ranging from Program Director, Practice Leader & Head of Sales. He has worked on several complex CMS & Commerce Solution Implementations on WordPress, Adobe, IBM, Sitecore and won several recognition and awards. In his roles as a Sales | P&L head he has won and brought strategic logos to his firms in Digital Marketing and commerce space. He excels in client relationships & has managed portfolios ranging from $25 Mn to $75 Mn.
